Summary:
Sakurai Tomoki is a normal student whose motto is "normal is the best". If there is one thing abnormal, it is that he often dreams of a girl whose face he cannot even remember, and when he wakes up from that dream, he would always be crying. He tried leaving it as just a dream... but one day, from the sky, an angel descended.

Reading the first chapter is a bit of a tease, as it changes from a serious tone to a great comedy. One of the greatest strengths of this manga is how quickly it can move between the story and comedy. There are many, many stories about Tomoki's ecchi behavior, and most of it is very funny. The lengths he goes to peep on girls is astounding, ludicrous and laugh out loud funny, but it all works in its favor. When he isn't doing ecchi, it quickly changes to a story of romance and mystery. The characters have great personalities, as the Angeloids deal with love, while the rest find out what Synapse is and why the Angeloids were made.

Unfortunately, there are a few flaws. The action scenes are great, but I lost track of the specific actions a few times. Also, while I understand that the chibi versions are used to help the comedy and the artist, I feel that they are used too many times and that the animator is being a bit lazy. But, this is nit-picking, and should not define this manga. Those looking for ecchi, comedy, and story will not be disappointed.
